I'm a bit torn on the American club. Yes, it's luxurious. Yes, it's a super cool space. The hallways are fun and interesting and the whole place feels full of history. However, they come up short on a few categories and they really need to address them. A little thing to start; there are no towel hooks for the shower so your towel goes on the floor. The floor?!?! Yes, the floor. The parking structure is straight out of the 70's with old air handlers making a terrific noise. The walk to the spa is cold, dreary and long. The work out facility is off site by about 2 miles. Yes, 2 miles. There are shuttles but who wants to take a shuttle? Anyway, for a 5 diamond facility I expected a bit more.
Love this place. Warm and friendly staff at every level. Any issues with room were resolved quickly. Reception drink was tasty, food has been great for meetings, dinner and lunch. Must try they dark chocolate old fashion
This is the second time that we've stayed in Kohler. we loved it the so much the first time that we had to go back. the food and restaurants are great customer service is top-notch and one of our favorite Parts is the rec center that is included with your stay. They have an amazing gym and as a bonus they have an outdoor hot tub with a fireplace and spectacular views
Absolutely incredible! Spend my marriage night there, impeccable service and accommodations! Possibly he most comfortable bed I've ever experienced. Building is very cool and historic with a great history. Staff falls over each other to make your stay super special. If you want to treat yourself and your lovie, this is the place!!!
Everything about this place is amazing! Rooms are beautiful, the baths and showers are the ultimate in luxury, service overall is impeccable, and the restaurants have delicious, quality food. My husband and I visited for our anniversary and stayed in a heritage room which I highly recommend. We also spent a day at the spa which is wonderful as well. If you want a truly relaxing and romantic getaway, the American Club is the place to be. We will be visiting again very soon.
