Really nice, everyone friendly, great spa, clean but......the fact that they make you pay for your sevices and tip before you get the service is wrong. They charge you 20% tip for your service, that should be up to the customer.
These folks are all about service and they did a stellar job of making sure my experience was relaxing and worry free.

This is a beautiful and relaxing spa. The amenities are wonderful! Loved the waterfall pool! We did a couples massage. I've had massages before, but this was the best one by far! The pedicure and manicure were just okay for the money. If you are looking for a luxurious, relaxing experience, I would highly recommend this place.
Amazing relaxing spa !! My friend and I went on Sunday and loved it!! We stayed all at and were able to read and write in such a serene environment. You can relax by the waterfall or large fireplace. Eat almonds, apples, fruit infused water and tea all day. We ordered the vege wrap and it was incredible. I had an 80 minute facial and my friend had the river bath. All the staff were soo nice and smiled the whole time always cleaning and refilling everything. Definitely go in the steam room and sauna then walk into the cold bath!! It makes you feel alive. If you have a whole day to spend bring a book and notebook so you can enjoy the peace and quiet with yourself!!! Loved it
